By accessing or using SibaVPS services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

SibaVPS provides cloud VPS hosting and related services as described in our documentation and on our website. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the services at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

• You may not use our services for any illegal purpose
• You may not send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• You may not engage in DDoS attacks or other abusive traffic
• You may not host content that infringes intellectual property rights
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

4. Billing

All fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Payment is due on the first day of each billing cycle.

5. Service Level Agreement

We guarantee a 99.95% uptime SLA. If we fall below this threshold, you are entitled to service credits as described in our SLA policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SibaVPS's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms or for non-payment.
